Important Information regarding the Dickson location:
We would like to inform you of some changes we are making in the Dickson area. Agricultural and turf markets are constantly shifting and the needs of customers like you increase as these markets become more competitive. We have chosen to serve our customers with a mobile Customer Support Representative (CSR). A CSR provides a closer relationship between TriGreen and the customer. A CSR assists customers with equipment purchasing decisions, parts and service needs, as well as providing training on the operation of new equipment. We feel that we can provide you with more personal and attentive service through a CSR than from a store location. We will be closing our Dickson store on July 15, 2011. Sales, parts, and service will be available at the store until that time. If you need to visit a store, our closest locations are in Franklin and Columbia.

We are thankful to have been a part of the Dickson community for the past eight years. The decision to close the store was not an easy one, and we hope to continue providing the best equipment, parts, and service to the area through our CSR or from our neighboring locations in Franklin and Columbia.
