The 1023E boasts a 21.5 horsepower engine, while the 1025R steps up to 23.9 horsepower, making them suitable for a variety of tasks from mowing to loader work.

Comparatively, Kubota’s BX Series includes models like the BX1880, BX2380, and BX2680, which range from 16.6 to 23.3 horsepower. Because these models have lower horsepower, they may come in at a lower price point. Make sure you’re comparing apples to apples when it comes to power and price!

The B01 Series, with models like the B2301 and B2601, offers very slightly higher horsepower, comparable to the 1-Series. While Kubota’s BX and B01 Series tractors are known for their compact size and ease of maneuverability, John Deere’s 1025R stands out with features like the time-saving AutoConnectTM deck system and Quik-ParkTM loader.
