Corporate Marketing Manager - Athens, AL

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leads the marketing team
  • Oversees all Public Relations / Media / Marketing activities
  • Creates the overall marketing strategy and manages the campaign planning process
  • Oversees the development of an organic social media calendar
  • Understands ROI for all marketing activities
  • Manages community outreach initiatives (events and sponsorships)
  • Oversees Customer Relationship Management / Lead Management
  • Promotes TriGreen Equipment in a professional, honest manner
  • Provides appropriate support to managers as directed

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Advertising Account Manager, Media Planner or similar role
  • Advertising agency experience preferred
  • John Deere dealer co-op experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the Ag / Farming industry preferred
  • Proficient in graphic design applications such as Adobe Creative suite
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office suite

A successful Corporate Marketing Manager must:

  • Understand the role of advertising agencies and the working relationship with agencies
  • Clearly articulate objectives, feedback and needs - verbally and in writing
  • Be organized with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Be able to create, analyze, and interpret reports
  • Be able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Address other employees with respect and professionalism
  • Maintain a positive attitude

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds; tasks may include lifting, bending, squatting, standing, sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
