Primary Responsibilities:
- Leads the marketing team
- Oversees all Public Relations / Media / Marketing activities
- Creates the overall marketing strategy and manages the campaign planning process
- Oversees the development of an organic social media calendar
- Understands ROI for all marketing activities
- Manages community outreach initiatives (events and sponsorships)
- Oversees Customer Relationship Management / Lead Management
- Promotes TriGreen Equipment in a professional, honest manner
- Provides appropriate support to managers as directed
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Advertising Account Manager, Media Planner or similar role
- Advertising agency experience preferred
- John Deere dealer co-op experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Ag / Farming industry preferred
- Proficient in graphic design applications such as Adobe Creative suite
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office suite
A successful Corporate Marketing Manager must:
- Be responsive and communicate in a timely manner
- Understand the role of advertising agencies and the working relationship with agencies
- Clearly articulate objectives, feedback and needs - verbally and in writing
- Be organized with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness

- Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds; tasks may include lifting, bending, squatting, standing, sitting for prolonged periods of time
