Apprentice Program

The service apprentice will complete 4500 hours of on-the-job training along with course work taught at the TriGreen Training facility by Wayne Vetter, our Certified Dealer Instructor, as well as John Deere University courses. Once you finish the apprenticeship, you will have earned Journeyman’s Certificate that is nationally recognized and they will be John Deere Certified. No tuition cost!! And get paid while learning a trade.

The apprenticeship is broken down into sections as follows:

• Orientation
• Fuel and Air Systems
• Repair to Electrical system
• Repair to powertrain
• Cooling systems repair
• Hydraulics
• A/C systems
• Turf and Utility
• Harvest Equipment

Designed to give you real-world experience, this program includes paid on-the-job training alongside focused coursework at our TriGreen Training facility, led by Certified Dealer Instructor Wayne Vetter, plus select John Deere University modules.
