complete Goods returns

Residential mowers: If you are dissatisfied with your new purchase, you may bring it back to the selling TriGreen location for repair, a replacement unit, or your money back. This applies during the first 30 days of ownership by the original purchaser of Residential Walk-Behind Mowers, Lawn Tractors, Lawn and Garden Tractors, and Residential ZTrak Mowers. Products must be used and intended for homeowner applications; commercial product use does not qualify. Products must be inspected by a TriGreen employee and may be rejected if the product has been damaged due to any neglect or abuse. TriGreen Equipment does not accept products purchased at The Home Depot, Lowes, or another John Deere dealer. The provisions of the Limited Warranty for new John Deere Turf & Utility Equipment, in effect at the time of retail sale to the original purchaser, also apply. 

All returns must be initiated in-person at a TriGreen location. 

Commercial mowers: 10 days from date of purchase. 

Compact Utility Tractors: no returns accepted.

parts returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Generators, Chainsaws, Gas Powered Products, and Electrical Parts and components.  25% restocking fee applies all other returns. No returns accepted after 10 days. Items being returned must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging, and must include the original invoice. All returns are subject to inspection by a TriGreen employee.  Parts sold in packs of multiples cannot be returned individually. Eligible parts may be returned to any TriGreen location. Parts damaged during shipping will require proof that damage occurred during shipping. Rental agreement terms and conditions will take precedence over these terms and conditions. Refunds will be issued to the same manner of payment from which the original purchase was made. TriGreen Equipment reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet return requirements.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Local delivery equipment delivery may be available. Delivery charges will be assessed at the time of purchase. Please contact us directly for questions related to equipment delivery availability and cost.
