NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Open only to individuals 18+ who are legal residents of Alabama, Tennessee, or Georgia. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor; Participating Locations; Event Period
The sponsor is TriGreen Equipment LLC, 1776 TriGreen Drive, Athens, Alabama 35613 (“Sponsor”). The event will be conducted in‑person only at all 28 TriGreen Equipment locations during local store hours from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (local time) on April 25, 2026 (the “Event Period”). Entrants must be in line by 2:00 p.m. (local time) to participate. No rain date. Sponsor may post location addresses at the store or at Sponsor’s website.
2. Eligibility
Open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legal residents of Alabama, Tennessee, or Georgia. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their family members (parents, siblings, children, spouse/partner, in‑laws) and household members (persons who share a residence for longer than three (3) months), are not eligible. Business entities are not entrants, but a valid discount earned by an eligible individual may be applied to that individual’s associated business entity’s purchase per these Rules. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
3. How to Enter; Entry Limits; Consideration
In-person only. Visit a participating TriGreen location during the Event Period and provide a valid email address at the spinner station to receive a single (1) opportunity to spin the digital prize wheel. Limit one (1) spin per person for the entire Event Period, regardless of location, email address, or method of entry. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Sponsor may request a government issued photo ID to verify eligibility and one spin compliance. Discounts are non-transferable.
4. Game Mechanics; Odds; Judges
The digital wheel is probabilistic and will stop automatically. Entrant operates the wheel interface as instructed by staff. The following discounts and approximate odds apply during the Event Period; quantities are not capped:
- $250 off — 90% odds
- $350 off — 5% odds
- $500 off — 3% odds – 7 available
- $1,000 off — 2% odds – 5 available
Odds are based on the programmed probability table for the event wheel and are independent for each spin. Sponsor maintains an electronic record of outcomes (email, time stamp, location). Sponsor is the judge, and Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, mechanics, outcomes, and rule interpretation are final and binding. Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the wheel, bypass entry limits, or provide false information voids the entry/discount and may result in disqualification.
5. Discount/Prize Description; Value; Exclusions
Each discount is a price reduction applicable pre‑tax and per transaction toward the eligible purchase described below. Discounts have no cash value, are non‑transferable, and may not be combined with governmental pricing (including government, special bid, or similar programs). Discounts may be combined with John Deere factory promotions available at the time of purchase, per Sponsor’s posted terms. Discounts do not apply to parts or service purchases.
Eligible products: New, in‑stock John Deere mowers, 1–5 series tractors, or Gator XUVs at TriGreen Equipment. For purposes of these Rules, “in‑stock” means physically present at a TriGreen Equipment location at the time of purchase. Prior sales are excluded. Open quotes are not excluded (discount may be applied to an open quote if finalized as a qualifying purchase within the Redemption Period). No minimum purchase price or maximum discount beyond the stated face value.
6. Redemption; Deadline; Records
To redeem a discount, the entrant must complete a qualifying in-store purchase by executing a signed purchase order and paying any required deposit by April 28, 2026 (local store close) (the “Redemption Period”). Delivery/possession is not required by April 28, 2026. No paper voucher is issued; the earned discount is recorded by email address in Sponsor’s spinner system and will be validated at the time of purchase. No replacement is available for lost/incorrect emails or errors caused by entrant input. Sponsor may request government issued photo ID at purchase to verify eligibility.
7. Taxes and Fees
Discounts represent price reductions off the selling price of eligible equipment. Sales tax (if applicable) will be calculated on the discounted price. Entrants are responsible for any tax implications arising from participation or purchase; consult a tax professional as needed.
8. Publicity
No publicity release is required or obtained as a condition of entry, selection, or redemption. Sponsor may capture general event content for internal purposes in compliance with applicable law.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected at entry (e.g., name, email) will be processed per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.trigreenequipment.com/privacy-policy/. By entering, you agree Sponsor may use your email for marketing communications, and you may unsubscribe at any time per the Privacy Policy.
10. Safety; Demos
Any equipment demonstrations conducted during the event are supervised only. Entrants must follow all staff instructions and posted safety rules. Participation in the event is at the entrant’s own risk.
11. Conduct; Prohibited Actions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant engaging in fraud, tampering, automated participation, misrepresentation, or violation of these Rules, or who acts in a disruptive or unsafe manner. One spin per person will be strictly enforced. Sponsor may mark or time‑stamp the last person in line at 2:00 p.m. local time to enforce the cutoff.
12. Force Majeure; Modification; Cancellation
If any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control (including but not limited to technology failures, power outages, severe weather, staffing or supply issues, or fraud) impairs the administration, security, or fairness of the event, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and acting fairly, to modify, shorten, suspend, or cancel the event or these Rules, with notice posted in‑store and, where feasible, on the event landing page.
13. Limitation of Liability; Release
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation, attendance, demo activities, or use of any discount. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such case, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Disputes; Governing Law; Venue; Arbitration; Class Waiver
These Rules and the event are governed by the laws of the state of the entrant’s residence (Alabama, Tennessee, or Georgia), without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Venue for any permitted court proceeding shall lie in the state or federal courts located in the entrant’s state of residence.
Except where prohibited, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the event or these Rules shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider pursuant to its consumer rules. No class or representative actions are permitted; parties may bring claims only in their individual capacity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring qualifying claims in small‑claims court.
15. Severability; Rules Control
If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder will remain in effect. If there is a conflict between marketing materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.
16. Third‑Party Platforms
If promoted on social media, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with such platforms. Entrants release such platforms from any claims arising out of the event.
