Seed Meter Testing – $25 Per Row
Ensure the correct rate is planted regardless of seed shape or size. Includes a row-by-row printout of population, skips, doubles, and singulation. Baler Inspection

- Grease all fittings
- Align and adjust chain idlers
- Add fluid to main gear case
- Check for missing pick up teeth and strippers
- Inspect cam and cam bearings

- Inspect net wrap steel rolls for pits or rust
- Inspect chains and sprockets for wear
- Inspect all roller shafts and bearings
- Operate baler and check bearings with a heat gun
- Inspect baler belts, lacing, and pins
- Inspect hydraulic cylinders and hoses for leaks
- Inspect monitor operation and adjust any sensors if needed
