Purpose:
Find a digital marketing position at TriGreen Equipment. Join the TriGreen team in Tennessee and Alabama for a full time position where you can share your expertise with the TriGreen team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain TriGreen.com and other key websites
Engage with agency of record on SEO/SEM activities
Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Manage email and text message marketing campaigns
Create graphics for website, social media, and in-store materials as needed
Utilize marketing analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience and customer touchpoints to optimize the experience and drive conversions
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Promote TriGreen Equipment in a professional, honest manner (to include personal appearance and dress).
Address other employees in TriGreen with respect and professionalism
Maintain a positive attitude
Follow TriGreen policies and processes
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
BS/MS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5 or more years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
5 or more years of experience web design principles and execution
5 or more years of experience with website and digital marketing analytics tools (e.x., Google Analytics)
Proficient in photo and video editing and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with B2C and B2B marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Takes initiative, thinks critically, and works creatively and independently to solve problems
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office suite, internet tools & functions
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds; tasks may include lifting, bending, squatting, standing, sitting for prolonged periods of time
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required
Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays
