  • Align and adjust chain idlers
  • Add fluid to main gear case
  • Check for missing pick up teeth and strippers
  • Inspect cam and cam bearings
  • Check twine arm adjustment
  • Inspect net wrap steel rolls for pits or rust

  • Inspect chains and sprockets for wear
  • Inspect all roller shafts and bearings
  • Operate baler and check bearings with a heat gun
  • Inspect baler belts, lacing, and pins
