As part of our commitment to serving our customers, TriGreen Equipment offers an after-hours parts and service program to assist you with issues outside of our normal hours of operation.
In order to ensure our program’s specialists are able to provide you with the best possible customer service and address any issues to your satisfaction, a $150 fee will be charged for service calls, and a $30 fee will be charged for parts calls.
How Our After-Hours Parts and Service Program Works
If you are experiencing issues with your equipment, please take the following steps:
- Call 888-399-7448 for Service or (877) 810-6553 for Parts.
- Explain the issue to the specialist.
- To quickly resolve the issue, provide your machine’s serial number and any trouble codes.
The specialist will then determine:
- If your issue can be resolved over the phone with a trained service technician or parts specialist.
- If a technician should be dispatched to your location. The specialist will provide an estimated time of arrival or the location of the parts and a time for pickup.
- If the machine needs to be picked up and brought to one of our locations for repair, or if we need to dispatch a parts specialist to one of our locations for pickup.

Should you need us, please take full advantage of this after-hours on-call service. Our after-hours program is available from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
